George Town, CAYMAN ISLANDS - Nicosia Lawson, representing the district of George Town, was crowned Miss Cayman 2008 on Saturday night in front of a packed audience at the Lions Centre.
Nicosia, 25, was sponsored by the Cayman Islands Development Bank.
Nicosia will now represent Cayman Islands at Miss World 2008 and Miss Universe 2009.
Education: Bachelors in Economics and also a
Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Ottawa
Aspiration: To further her career in finance, and concentrate on her currently growing business as a magazine mogul, she aspires to be a successful entrepreneur.
