Chloé Mortaud (born in Lisieux) is Miss France 2009. The pageant, the 62nd Miss France beauty contest, was held in Puy du Fou, in Vendée. She represents the Albigeois-Midi-Pyrénées, a southwest region of France. Her first runner-up was Camille Cheyere, representing Lorraine, while her second runner-up was Élodie Martineau, representing Pays de Loire, where the pageant was held.
