Vo Hoang Yen (born in 1988) was the first runner up in Miss Vietnam 2008, whose winner, Nguyễn Thùy Lâm, represented Vietnam in Miss Universe 2008 contest.
Vo Hoang Yen,stands 179 cm. and her measurements: 90 - 62 - 93, will represent her country, Vietnam, in the Miss Universe 2009 pageant.
The 2009 Miss Universe competition will take place on 23 August 2009 in the Bahamas. Currently, there are 40 countries registered candidates.
