Sandra Inez Seifert, a disqualified candidate of the 2009 Bb. Pilipinas Beauty Pageant and a former FHM girl bested 50 candidates for the crown of Miss Philippines Earth 2009. The coronation night was held at the Arena Entertainment and Recreational Center of the People in San Juan City last May 10, 2009. The event was also televised by ABS-CBN and The Filipino Channel

Miss Philippines International 2009

Winners of the Miss Philippines 2009 beauty pageant wave to the crowds during a coronation night at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon city, metro Manila March 8, 2009. Melody Gersbach (L), 23, a businesswoman, is the newly crowned Miss Philippines-International and will represent the country in Miss International 2009. Pamela Bianca Manalo (C), 22, a flight attendant, is the newly crowned Miss Philippines-Universe and will represent the country in Miss Universe 2009 in the Bahamas. Marie-Ann Umali, 22, a tourism graduate, is the newly crowned Miss Philippines-World and will represent the country in Miss World 2009.

Melody Adelaide Gersbach – a 23 year old, graduate of the University of Asia and the Pacific with a degree in Management. She was born in Germany, but her mother hails from the Bicol Region, where Gersbach manages the family restaurant in Albay. She also hold the title of Ms. Bicolandia 2008.

The coronation was held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, with the show starting late on March 7, 2009. It was aired live over GMA channels nationwide with Paolo Bediones and Iza Calzado as hosts.

Other winners includes Pamela Bianca Manalo as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe, Marie-Ann Umali as Bb. Pilipinas-World. Regina Hahn as second runner-up and 20-year-old Richell Agalot as first runner-up.

Melody Gersbach will represent Philippines in Miss International 2009, scheduled on November 7, 2009, at the Venetian Macao Resort in Macau.

Miss Philippines World 2009

Marie-Ann Umali is Miss Philippines (Binibining Pilipinas World) 2009. Marie Ann Umali is 22 years old. She was born in Batangas City, in the Philippines. she is tourism graduated from DLSU College of St. Benilde.

The beauty pageant took place on Saturday March 7, 2009 at theAraneta Coliseum in Quezon City. The program was hosted by Paolo Bediones and Iza Calzad and broadcast live in thePhilippines over GMA channels.

Marie-Ann Umali also won the Best in Long Gown and Miss Photogenic plum contests during the pageant. She had posed for a provocative photo spread in a men’s magazine.

Miss Philippines Universe 2009

Pamela Bianca Manalo 22, was crowned as the new Miss Philippines-Universe during a Miss Philippines 2009 coronation night at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon city, metro Manila on March 8, 2009.

Pamela Manalo is an advertising college graduate from Assumption college.
